Return Policy

We only accept returns and issue replacements under the following condition:

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.

Requirements for Return:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear picture or video evidence must be provided, taken specifically at the point of unbagging/unboxing.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

The Process:

  • Once approved, our rider will pick up the item within 24 working hours.

  • Your replacement will be delivered within the next 24 working hours.

We offer replacements for damaged goods and issue refunds only in specific cases:

  • Broken Items: If an item is received broken, we provide a free replacement delivered within 24–48 working hours.

  • Out of Stock: Refunds are only issued if the replacement item is no longer available in our store.

Refund Details:

  • Notification: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with video/picture evidence.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 working days.

  • Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method used.


Non-Returnable Items

We strictly do not accept returns on:

  1. Opened or used products.

  2. Items not in their original condition.

  3. Products returned after the stated 24-hour contact window.
