Return Policy
We only accept returns and issue replacements under the following condition:
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
Requirements for Return:
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear picture or video evidence must be provided, taken specifically at the point of unbagging/unboxing.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
The Process:
Once approved, our rider will pick up the item within 24 working hours.
Your replacement will be delivered within the next 24 working hours.
Refund Policy
We offer replacements for damaged goods and issue refunds only in specific cases:
Broken Items: If an item is received broken, we provide a free replacement delivered within 24–48 working hours.
Out of Stock: Refunds are only issued if the replacement item is no longer available in our store.

Notification: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with video/picture evidence.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 working days.
Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method used.
Non-Returnable Items
We strictly do not accept returns on:
Opened or used products.
Items not in their original condition.
Products returned after the stated 24-hour contact window.
